Polygon acquires 100% of All Consulting Services in Italy

Acquisition is part of Polygon’s strategic growth plan in Italy, and follows the company’s purchases of Swiss and UK-based companies earlier this year

Polygon, a worldwide player in property damage control, has said that it has acquired 100% of All Consulting Services in Italy from its parent company, All Consulting Group.

In a statement, Polygon said that All Consulting Services is specialised in the small/mid-sized claims business, primarily in the residential housing sector for leading insurance partners. With the acquisition, it aims to continue its strategic growth plan and offering a full range of services in Italy.

The company added that the acquisition represented an attractive add-on for their customers in Italy, following its 2020 purchase of Recotech.

"Our family is growing with new, skilled colleagues. The strategic move to build up the small claims business in Italy goes very well in hand with our aim to be the market leader in all countries we operate in. I'm very pleased to welcome our new colleagues to our family", says Axel Gränitz, President and CEO Polygon Group.

Operating across Europe, Polygon serves a range of sectors including insurance, property management, government, and industrial clients. The company said that its target is to have a key leading position in each country in which it operates in.

All Consulting Service will enable Polygon Italy to extend its restoration services to all claims from small to large complex claims, it continued. Established in 2017 and growing significantly in recent years, the company has established a reputation as being a solid and reliable partner. The combined organisations will enable integrated specialisations for an efficient damage restoration offer throughout Italy.

"There is a very good commercial and cultural fit between both companies. I'm really looking forward to work closely with the management team of All Consulting Service. They complement our business very well and will be a strong team to develop the small claim business,” Sergio Signorini, Country President Polygon Italy, stated.

Massimo Ferro, the company’s previous owner, and Roberto Priotti, Managing Director from All Consulting Service, added that they were looking forward to both company’s growing together.

Increased Acquisitions

Earlier this year, Polygon Switzerland had announced that it had strengthened its property damage restoration (PDR) business via the acquisition of Odermatt Group, a leading provider in the Swiss market, specialising in window repairs and replacement, with annual sales of CHF 20 million.

The company has also signed an agreement to acquire Caption Data Limited, a UK-based company offering end-to-end Industrial Internet of Things solutions across sectors such as construction, energy, and restoration. Polygon was already a minority owner in the company, as well as a customer, since 2010.

Together, the companies offer end-to-end environmental monitoring solutions for indoor air quality, leak detection, toxic gas monitoring, and energy management under the technology product brand ExactAire.

The acquisition will facilitate a closer, stronger relationship with a shared objective of delivering innovative and effective IoT solutions to clients who need real time environmental data and control to reach their economic, ESG and IAQ goals, the company added.
