Hochtief Building has begun construction work on another element of the development area on Theodorstrasse for Industrieterrains Düsseldorf-Reisholz: the new Germany headquarters of the French plant engineering company Technip.

The square-shaped property with five upper stories and one basement level will offer more than 15,000 square meters of gross floor space. In addition to offices and meeting rooms, it will house a central archive in the basement and a casino and a cafeteria with adjoining kitchen at the entrance level.

Industrieterrains Düsseldorf-Reisholz which already successfully delivered various properties at the Theodorstrasse location on its own plots of land, developed the project on a sustainable basis. The goal is to achieve certification to the Silver standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).

Construction works are scheduled for completion in September 2015.
