Northwest housebuilder Oriel, part of the First Ark Group, is launching two new home lifestyle services, which will see residents offered great value floor coverings and removals as part of its growing range of services designed to make moving into, or styling, a home even easier.

Launched to save customers time and money, both services offer friendly, expert and co-ordinated support at accessible prices, whether customers are renting or buying their new home.

Competitively priced, the new services have been pre-selected based on the number of people the First Ark Group supports in their home rental or purchase each month.

Bob Taylor, CEO of the First Ark Group, said: “Moving into a new home can be a stressful process, so we wanted to offer residents the convenience of these services at the point of home purchase, rental or move, to save them the time and cost of shopping around.

“Oriel Lifestyle has worked hard with local partners to offer these competitively priced, great value services - making moving, buying and renting an enjoyable experience, rather than a chore, for all local residents.”

As part of its commitment to investment in support services, Oriel Lifestyle will be introducing additional products to its range over the coming months, which are set to include window coverings and white goods. Research to identify other product areas customers would like to see development in will also be undertaken as part of Oriel’s solution-focused approach to supporting its customers.
